Returns & Cancellations

I gladly accept returns and cancellations

Please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

 

Due to the individual nature of most items, I don't accept exchanges but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

Conditions of return

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

 

Please send items back within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Please note, I obtain proof of postage for all items posted - some items may also be tracked and sent Signed For. Proofs of postage are kept for 14 days. It will be assumed unless you have contacted me within 14 days, you have received your item and are happy with it.
